I can add some of my favorites for US and Canadian residents.
General supply sources:
Doctorsfostersmith.com - Full pharmacy and virtually every type of pet supply in existence (well, almost!) This is one of the main places I turn to; most items are high-quality and most prices are pretty reasonable. In fact, their pharmacy prices are often the best of all online stores'.
Inthecompanyofdogs.com - A high-end boutique with a focus on gift items and "fancier" or "cutesy" supplies; most of the prices are not competitive at all (many are ludicrous), but it's still a fun catalog to shop, and occasionally you will find a fair one--or a product that's so awesome, unique, and perfect that it's worth a little splurge because you can't get the same thing more cheaply elsewhere. Some of them are pretty cool ideas, even if they CAN be found at a lower price someplace else--but others look as though they probably wouldn't work well at all, or would fall apart quickly. I wouldn't get another collar from there, though; the color brightness had one of the shortest lives I've ever seen. The toys they sell also seem to be somewhat flimsy (for a killer like Jack, at any rate!) Also, they use the most awesome variety of dog models--many rare and unusual breeds show up, including some beeeeeautiful sighthounds!!
Petsmart.com - Like Foster & Smith, they carry lots of things for dogs, cats, fish, reptiles/amphibians, rodents, birds, etc. It's the site of one of the biggest and best pet store chains in this country.
Dog.com - Just a main, general online source if you need any sort of item for a dog! The AKC now sells their things through it.
Cherrybrook.com - Kind of a specialty shop that is usually one of the main dog show vendors, focusing on grooming & show supplies, but also selling food, bowls, leads & collars, gifts, pet apparel, beds, health care products, etc. Basically just another all-around store. (JB Pet Supply is another nice one, but they cater more toward grooming salons and selling to other businesses rather than to individual pet owners.)
PetSolutions.com - Much like the others, but seems to be smaller as far as general supplies go because they specialize in selling live fish and aquatic goods.
Amazon, of course, has a good selection of most things (because so many companies sell their stuff through them), so I've gotten a good amount of my pet supply collection from there (or department stores and other multi-purpose places) as well.
Additionally, several outdoor and general home companies sell some doggie stuff (e.g., beds, collars, leads, gifts, etc.) There's Cabela's, L.L. Bean, Improvements, etc. Orvis is the one with the largest dog section--they actually print it as a separate catalog. But for whatever reason, their prices tend to be among the highest I've ever seen.
Medications:
1800petmeds.com - The largest pet pharmacy; again, I've always gotten my heartworm tabs from Drs. Foster & Smith instead, but this place does have frequent sales.
Collars & leashes:
DogIDcollar.com - I've gotten four good collars from them. Plenty of great color choices for the fabric and thread; collars are personalized with the pet's name and owner's phone number; very nicely made with either the traditional buckle or the convenient side release closure. I wouldn't recommend the similar collars sold by In the Company of Dogs; the color on theirs didn't last nearly as long as the Dog ID ones.
Mackenziebelt.com - Found them in a dog show vending booth and acquired Ulla's pretty Celtic knot-patterned purple-and-green collar/lead set there. Makers of belts, suspenders, lanyards, dog accessories, etc., as well as ornaments and jewelry (including many dog breeds--such as Salukis!)
Food/treats/supplements:
Onlynaturalpet.com - Most of the premium, top-quality brands of dog/cat food and treats--although there are still six or so great brand names that they aren't carrying for some strange reason...supplements/vitamins galore, and sundry other supplies (flea/tick treatments and preventatives, grooming and cleaning tools, toys and general gear.)

I think I may have to get Bels a tag from DogTagArt.com, so many cool possibilities!

I think that is a capital idea! (In fact, I think I saw a REALLY snazzy one show up under the custom design category, done in a rather familiar-looking art style...) I'm considering them for the boys, too...Bob knows they could use tags capable of remaining in one legible piece after being run over by a train! Choosing designs for them isn't nearly as easy as it was for Ullie's; I've got a looooong list of possibilities, with some rather strong favorites. OH, SHOOT, I forgot to list the coupon code for that site (DTAFRIENDS.) It only takes about a dollar off a tag, but still, maybe you can just message them that you forgot to include it, and they might apply it...places have done that for me. ^^

Bella's got a tag on the way! Oddly enough, the one I ordered for Bella isn't the one I designed. It should go nicely with her collar.

Hurrah!! But that IS a surprise; now I have to wonder which one you picked…I told my mom to look through the designs and see whether any of my choices for the boys would coincide with hers, and to guess which one I’d picked. She said she never would have guessed. But, she’s not into zombies, so I didn’t expect her to fully appreciate the awesome.

Not really pet supplies (although they will print on pet bowls among various other products), but this nifty little art store has tons of great, customizable images representing most types of pet animals.
CartoonizeMyPet.com: THIS STORE!! The cartoon animals, in all their many, many types, species, breeds, varieties, colors, and patterns, are utterly adorable! Some of them, especially the Chinese Cresteds, resemble G4 ponies! There's a pretty good variety of dogs, although as of now the only sighthounds are a common Greyhound/Whippet/Italian Greyhound outline, in dozens of colors and patterns. They'll print the pics on pretty much any Zazzle item, and also do custom art, or mix animals together on single products. I got a little poster with a big menagerie of aminals, though I could only fit maybe 1/3-1/2 of the ones I would've wanted most...x->

Oh, that is awesome! I hope they do Salukis sometime, otherwise I really like the Golden Retriever designs. So many nice things, will definitely be bookmarking the site!

The Goldens are soooo cute! I talked with the artist/owner for a while, and she was very interested in Ulla and Rusty; she even asked me to send photos so that she could model color patterns on them when she gets around to adding Salukis and Brittanys. Evidently there's a long list of breeds she's going to be working on, but hopefully the choices will expand again soon. =] Aaaand my little print showed up today (gawrsh, this pic makes it not look so little!!): All the animals I would’ve put on there if I could've (and still not even quite all of my favorites!): Of course, were it a giant poster, I would have included my favorite colors and patterns of horse, rabbit, guinea pig, hamster, rat, leopard gecko, birds, etc. ;D

Now I'm looking at these remote-controlled zippy critters as a potential birthday gift for her...http://www.gogodogpals.com/
It's exactly what I've been looking for in theory, except that its top speed is 21 mph, and I'm sure she can do double that. And the thing is so pricey, even from Amazon, that I'd of course have to send it back if it didn't work out for us. Guess I can continue to ponder that possibility, while I wait for them to tell me whether they've considered making an even faster model...

Oh, they look fun! Not sure if they'd me fast enough to keep a Saluker busy, and yeesh, real pricey! Maybe a mini-lure machine would be a better option until a faster model comes out? I wish we had the space and a lawn so we could use something like this. I guess even if Ulla was too quick for it, the boys might get a kick out of it on her behalf.

That's my Fiona and Mars! As any carrier I love my dogs and when something happens, I get so worried. Recently Fiona cut her paw and I was advised to put one of Carrier Oils on it. What do you think of it?
